- Service Delivery: Communication with you and to conduct business (detailing, restoration, and similar services.)
- Improvement & Analytics: We utilize website analytics through Google to provide a better experience to you.
- Marketing: Email newsletters, special offers, and similar materials, only with prior consent of the owner of the information.
We do not share your personal information with any party outside of our business. We do store some information on third-party providers:
- CRM: “Customer-Relationship Management” Software: This is utilized to store your information, send quotes, invoices, marketing, and take payments. We store basic client information (email, name, phone number) on this service.
- Payment Processing & Storage: We do not directly own or keep your payment information. It is is stored with a payment processor that follows proper security regulations. We do keep that payment information on file after services are completed. We do not, however, own that data, so more information on their privacy guidelines may be found here: https://privacy.stripe.com/
- Advertising & Analytics: We utilize Google Ads & Google Analytics to gain insight on our website and business profile’s functionality and effectiveness. We do not collect or store any of this PII for any reason.
We do not sell, share, or give your personal information to third parties outside of the above for any reason.
- Invoices & Financial Records: Retained until you request deletion.
- Customer Contacts: Retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
- Analytics Data: Not kept on-file.
- All website traffic is secured and monitored for external threats.
- Access to personal data is limited to the business owner, employee (as-needed for service), & domain administrator.
Anyone will always have the right to:
- Access what data we have on them.
- Change information relevant to the person.
- Delete your data (unless we are legally required or compelled to keep it for good reason).
- Restrict processing or opt‑out of marketing communications.
